Job Description

As an Accounts Manager with 5-7 years of experience in financial operations, supervising accounting staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, supporting financial planning and analysis, and maintaining the integrity of financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and guide a team of accountants and junior finance staff. - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g., GST, TDS, income tax). - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Coordinate internal and external audits; prepare audit schedules and support documentation. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. - Implement and maintain robust financial controls and accounting procedures. - Monitor cash flow, fund flow, and working capital management. - Liaise with banks, vendors, auditors, and other external stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 5-7 years of relevant accounting/finance experience. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards (e.g., GAAP or IND-AS), and compliance requirements. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books). - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities. - Strong communication and reporting skills.,
