• Job Description:
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the overall accounting functions of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including billing, invoicing, payments, and receipts
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies
• Prepare and verify financial reports such as GST returns, TDS filings, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies
• Prepare reports for management as required
• Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 5-10 years of accounting experience
• Experience in the automobile or commercial vehicle industry will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficient in Tally or similar accounting software
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
