Job Description

inancial Operations: Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, cash reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and cash flow statements. Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, create financial models, and develop forecasts to support long-term financial planning and business strategy. Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and relevant regulations; manage internal audits and implement financial controls. Management & Strategy: Provide financial data and analysis to senior management for decision-making, and advise on profit-maximizing ideas. Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff. Process Improvement: Implement financial controls, streamline processes, and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
