Accounts & Finance Manager

As an experienced professional who has worked in an ERP environment other than Tally, you have a good understanding of processes and controls. Your responsibilities will include periodic inventory verification and valuation, banking compliance (limits: CC / LC/ BG etc), export & import documentation, and compliance and control of Interstate Manufacturing Unit. You should have advanced Excel knowledge and mail writing skills, along with a general understanding of legal matters and scrutiny. Additionally, you will be expected to handle MIS and data analysis efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Perform periodic inventory verification and valuation - Ensure banking compliance including limits: CC / LC / BG etc - Manage export & import documentation - Utilize advanced Excel knowledge for data analysis - Handle compliance and control of Interstate Manufacturing Unit Qualifications Required: - Diploma - 5 years of experience in Accounting (Required) - 1 year of total work experience (Preferred) - Chartered Accountant certification (Preferred) As a suitable candidate, you should possess good communication skills (oral and written) and have the ability to lead a team of 4-5 people. You must be capable of handling interdepartmental and sensitive matters maturely. A good commercial understanding and a positive, solution-oriented attitude will be essential for success in this role. Please note that the job type is full-time and the work location is in person.
