Job Description

De Decorfit Interiors LLP is looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to lead and manage the entire finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in Indian accounting standards, foreign accounting practices, and UAE VAT compliance. This role requires leadership capability to supervise a team of accountants and ensure accurate financial reporting for both India and UAE-linked business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and train a team of accountants
• Manage full accounting cycle: AR, AP, payroll, banking, reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and fund planning
• Prepare project-wise cost reports, MIS dashboards, and profitability analysis
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings
• Establish and maintain financial internal controls and SOPs
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions
• Manage multi-currency accounting and inter-company reconciliations
• Prepare management financial reports aligned with UAE accounting standards
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance, filing, documentation, and periodic audits
• Support ERP and accounting software implementation (Tally Prime mandatory)
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
• 5 to 12 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a team
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, statutory compliance
• Strong understanding of foreign accounting practices, particularly UAE accounting
• Hands-on experience with UAE VAT processes, compliance, and documentation
• Experience in project-based companies (interior fit-out, construction, manufacturing) preferred
• Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and decision-making capability
• English communication must be good; Hindi spoken preferred
• Gulf experience will be an added advantage

Salary Range

40,000 – 70,000 INR per month
(Depending on experience, capability, and foreign accounting exposure)
