Accounts Executive

The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. You should also have at least 2 years of prior experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, along with the ability to establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Your role will require strong negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency with MS Office Suite is a must, and knowledge of IT trends and market dynamics will be an added advantage. Experience working with CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, to track leads, manage accounts, and generate reports is highly desirable. As an Account Executive, you should possess strong analytical skills to assess sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. Strategic thinking ability is crucial to develop innovative sales strategies and achieve monthly or quarterly targets. Effective time-management skills in a dynamic business environment are necessary, and being a team player who can adapt to changing business needs is key. In this role, you will be required to travel to multiple locations to attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences. Therefore, flexibility and willingness to travel are important. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is a Day shift from Monday to Friday, with a morning shift.
