Accounts Executive

Role Summary:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, and reporting using Zoho Books. The role also includes client coordination for billing clarifications, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation — ideal for someone who enjoys both accounting precision and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries in Zoho Books.
• Handle GST filings, TDS, and bank reconciliation activities.
• Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and cash flow summaries.
• Handle petty cash management, expense tracking and settlements.
• Maintain vendor and client ledgers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with clients for billing queries, settlements, and follow-ups.
• Support monthly closing, audit documentation, and statutory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams for expense tracking and billing support.
• Ensure all accounting data is up-to-date and compliant with standards.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience.

Software Skills:

• Zoho Books (preferred)
• MS Excel
• Knowledge of: GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday — 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• 2 Saturdays Off
