Opening for Accountant – Required for a Manufacturing Industry (Male candidates only)

Job Description:

Ø Recheck of all invoices made at factory & Inward invoices of vendors

Ø Making the statement of Balance payments of Vendor & Customer.

Ø GST Filling, TDS, service filing & PT filing

Ø ESI and PF Calculation and filing

Ø Prepare and dispatch cheque of vendors

Ø Verifying & sending the expenses amount for Marketing & Installation team members as per request & update the same for approval

Ø Prepare DC and invoices.

Ø Check the invoice of vendor - Price/Quality approved sign

Ø Prepare and issue of salary statement

Ø Follow up of Customer balance payments

Ø Tender documents preparation and submission as per approvals

Ø Prepare Debit note and credit note.

Ø All statutory payments- Mobile bills, broadband, electricity, water, Insurance etc.

Ø All statutory returns has to be done

Ø Preparing balance sheet and P&L on monthly basis

Ø Factory vehicle diesel expenses

Ø Inventory valuation, verification and maintance of asset.

Ø Attending internal and external auditors.

Ø Banking transactions and bank guarantee.

Ø Import & export transaction.

Ø Daily, weekly and monthly reports

Qualification:

Ø Educational qualification – B.Com/M.Com/ICWA – Accounting and Taxation only.

Ø Candidates preferred with Tally and excellent communication skill.

Ø Minimum 1-3years’ experience in Accounts.

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000/- Per month
