Job Description

  • Sales Target Achievement:Setting and achieving sales targets and quotas for the assigned territory.
  • Team Management:Leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Sales Strategy Development:Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales goals and increase market share.
  • Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis:Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting:Preparing and presenting sales reports to higher management, providing insights on performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development:Providing training and development opportunities to sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration:Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product teams, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Performance Management:Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the sales team, providing feedback, and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Sales Process Management:Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Compliance:Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Customer Feedback:Collecting customer feedback and market research to identify areas for product and service improvement.
  • Inventory Management:Ensuring proper stock management across distribution channels.
  • Budget Management:Managing the sales budget for the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
