Job Description

Sales Manager

Key responsibilities:

Operational management:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.

Sales and revenue growth:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and markets for business growth.
  • Prepare financial report, sales analysis and operational metrics for senior management.

Client and distributor management:

  • Manage distributor performance and ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, bars, clubs, and restaurants.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years of management experience in the liquor, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data.
  • Strong knowledge of alcohol regulation and compliance requirement

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with licensing and regulatory agencies.
  • Familiar with alcohol sales trends and marketing.
  • Background in inventory control.
