Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive – Internal Audit

Location: Daryaganj
, New DelhiDepartment: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Finance Manager / Internal Audit Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to support internal audit operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent command of Excel, and the ability to assist in internal audits and compliance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in internal audits of financial transactions and processes.
Review and verify vouchers, invoices, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Conduct data analysis using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.) to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
Support in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Help in preparing audit reports and follow up on audit observations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
Assist management in implementing internal control improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
2–5 years of experience in Accounts or Internal Audit.
Strong knowledge of Excel (Advanced Level) – formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.
Good understanding of accounting principles and auditing procedures.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
