Job Title: Accounts Executive – Internal Audit Location: Daryaganj , New Delhi Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: Finance Manager / Internal Audit Head Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to support internal audit operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent command of Excel , and the ability to assist in internal audits and compliance reviews. Key Responsibilities: Assist in internal audits of financial transactions and processes. Review and verify vouchers, invoices, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance. Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations . Conduct data analysis using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.) to identify discrepancies or irregularities. Support in month-end and year-end closing activities . Help in preparing audit reports and follow up on audit observations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and record keeping . Assist management in implementing internal control improvements . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance . 2–5 years of experience in Accounts or Internal Audit . Strong knowledge of Excel (Advanced Level) – formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc. Good understanding of accounting principles and auditing procedures .
