Accounts Executive Payables

You will be responsible for managing all bank-related work, ensuring timely recording of all bank entries, and regularly updating and reconciling bank statements. Additionally, you will verify, match, and accurately record invoices in ERP (Tally), ensure correct cost allocation to respective projects/departments, monitor pending invoice approvals, and maintain accurate documentation and a complete audit trail. You will also review and process employee claims as per company SOP.
