Accounts Executive Payables

In your role at Artha Energy Resources LLP in Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks related to banking, invoice processing, and claims processing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing all bank-related work, ensuring timely recording of entries, and reconciling bank statements with accuracy. - Verifying, matching, and accurately recording invoices in ERP (Tally), ensuring correct cost allocation to projects/departments, monitoring pending approvals, and maintaining accurate documentation. - Reviewing and processing employee claims as per company standard operating procedures (SOP). To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GST, TDS, and GAAP. - Proficiency in Tally, Saral, SAP, and MS Office. - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Integrity, ethics, and commitment to compliance. The ideal candidate for this position should have a B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting and exhibit personal attributes such as confidence, attention to detail, self-motivation, and observational skills.
