Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Bangalore
Department: Accounts & Finance
Reporting to: CFO

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:
Day-to-day bookkeeping and maintenance of general ledgers.
Handling accounts payable and receivable.
Preparation and posting of journal entries.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely payment of TDS.
Reconcile GST and TDS returns with books of accounts.
Assist in ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations.
Audit Support:
Assist external auditors during statutory and internal audits.
Provide necessary documentation and explanations for audit queries.
Help implement auditor recommendations and ensure proper documentation.
Banking and Reconciliations:
Perform bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
Preparing Letter of credit application
Handle petty cash and daily banking activities.
MIS & Reporting:
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports as required.
Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements:

Education: B.Com / M.Com or related graduate degree.
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance.
Skills:
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
Experience in handling statutory audits and coordination with auditors.
Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar.
Good Excel and data management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
