Position Overview

The Software & Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing our in house jewellery software, handling accounting tasks, and ensuring operational accuracy through data management and analysis. This role requires strong mathematical ability, proficiency in accounting software, and comfort with digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate and manage jewellery software with accuracy and efficiency.

· Maintain and update accounting records in Tally.

· Prepare and analyse data using Excel.

· Support financial calculations with strong mathematical skills.

· Ensure smooth coordination of software based operational tasks.

· Assist management with data driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Accounting & Tally.

Proficiency in MS Excel ( data analysis, formula VLOOKUP/ XLOOKUP, INDEX, etc.)

Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
