Position: HR Intern

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Location: Hybrid, both remote and in-office (Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan)

Job Description

As an HR Intern at Kiyanaa, you will be an integral part of building our team and shaping our vibrant culture. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments, ensuring we attract and select candidates who embody our bold, creative, and customer-obsessed ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post Job Openings:

List and manage job postings for different departments on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and other relevant job platforms.

• Candidate Screening:

Review applications and CVs to identify candidates who align with Kiyanaa’s culture and values.
Conduct initial screening to assess fit based on required skills and cultural alignment.

• Telephonic Interviews:

Conduct first-round telephonic interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Communicate Kiyanaa’s mission, vision, and culture to potential hires.

• Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews with the founder and other team members.
Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Data Management:

Maintain and update candidate databases using Excel.
Track recruitment metrics and generate reports as required.

• Cultural Advocacy:

Act as a brand ambassador for Kiyanaa, reflecting our values of bold confidence, innovation, individuality, and customer obsession in every interaction.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Open to fresh graduates or students currently pursuing their undergraduate degree.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Cultural Fit: Demonstrates bold confidence, creativity, and a passion for building a positive, innovative workplace.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing candidate information and recruitment processes.

Additional Information

Interns are required to bring and use their own laptops for all work-related tasks.
