Role & responsibilities

HR Intern

Preferred candidate profile

  • Assist in end-to-end

    recruitment

    : screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and scheduling discussions.
  • Support onboarding activities including document collection, background verification, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, attendance, and MIS reports.
  • Help in drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and following up with candidates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and hiring managers for recruitment and HR processes.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Provide support in payroll documentation, leave management, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
