Position: Account Executive

Location: KALINGAEURO-Bhubaneswar Office

Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

You’ll be more than an Accountant — you’ll be the backbone of our financial integrity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

• Financial Management: Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, billing, and reconciliations.
• Expense Tracking: Record, monitor, and report company expenses with accuracy.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments, client invoices, and ensure timely collections.
• Payroll Support: Assist in preparing and processing staff salaries.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain organised records and ensure adherence to financial policies, taxation rules, and regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Audit Preparation: Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

What You Bring

• Strong English communication skills — spoken and written
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounting or finance (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, MS Excel, or similar tools)
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
