Accounts Executive

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our team. The role is responsible for managing key financial operations, including maintaining the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), processing insurance claims, handling banking correspondence, and supporting accounts payable activities. This position requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and compliance with financial standards. Key Responsibilities1. Fixed Asset Register (FAR): Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) in compliance with SOPs. Conduct regular weekly reviews to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational standards. 2. Cash Management: Hyperlocal Cash Deposit: Ensure timely and accurate daily deposits for hyperlocal transactions in line with financial procedures. Petty Cash Reconciliation: Perform weekly reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies. 3. Logistics Insurance Claims: Process and manage insurance claims for lost cases in B2B and B2C operations. Ensure timely submission and perform weekly follow-ups until resolution. 4. Banking Operations: Handle banking correspondence and related operational tasks on an ad-hoc basis. Ensure prompt and accurate execution of banking activities. 5. Accounts Payables: Non-Trade and Non-Operational Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Employee Travel Reimbursements: Process and verify employee travel reimbursement claims, ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role (preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
