We are Urgently Hiring Accounts Executive - Males for our Marriage Hall
Location: RoyapuramSalary: 18 - 21k based on experience
Experience: 1 - 4 Years
Qualification: Undergraduation in B.com, BBA or Any Graduate who has relevant experience in the same field
Job Description:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Prepare invoices, credit notes, and payment follow-ups with clients.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents.
Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and reimbursement processing.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for smooth financial transactions.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com,BBA M.Com, MBA).
System knowledge:
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP).
