About Us

Hanna instruments is a manufacturer of Scientific instruments which are used in many industries like Laboratory, water treatment, Education, Research, Food/Beverages, Agriculture and may more. We have more than 3000 products like PH meter, Conductivity meter, titrator, turbidity meter, process instruments etc.Our products are manufactured in our own faculty located in USA, Romania, and Mauritius.Our global HO is in Rhode Island, USA.Indian Head Office is in Navi Mumbai.We have great Sales/Service network all over India.

Booking and recording of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.
Invoice processing and sales order processing.
Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Verify the accuracy of pricing, discounts, and terms mentioned in the sales orders.
Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures, including GST and TDS workings.
Reconciliation of Debtor/Creditor accounts.
Bank reconciliation and monitoring cash flow.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve any invoicing discrepancies or issues.
Maintain an organized system for tracking invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Handle import purchases: manage documentation, cost calculations, vendor coordination, and ensure compliance with import regulations.
Stay updated on customs duties, foreign exchange transactions, and import-related tax implications.
Manage inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Process and maintain purchase orders, verify supplier details, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Perform other duties as assigned or required in emergency situations.
