Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Billing Executive position at Gamlaa in Pune. The Billing Executive professional will be responsible for timely submission of invoices to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather supporting documentation for invoices.

Collaborate with the team to ensure timely submission of invoices to clients.

Identify billing errors and work towards resolving them within set timelines.

Follow up with clients on overdue payments to facilitate timely collections.

Requirements and Skills

B.Com / M.Com

1+ years experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role

Proficient in using billing software and MS Office

Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and best practices

Basic knowledge on TDS, GST, and E-Invoicing:
