Experience Required: 3–5 years in accounting or related field

Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee daily financial operations of office and statutory requirements. The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing budgets, and facilitating audits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Accounting

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records including vouchers, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation, and ledgers.
• Process payroll, reimbursements, and other staff-related financial matters.
• Manage collection, generate challans, and update records in the ERP system.
• Reconcile collections with bank deposits and maintain up-to-date cash flow records.

2. Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
• File monthly/quarterly/annual returns (e.g., GST, TDS).
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audit and ensure timely submission of reports.

3. Budgeting & Reporting

• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Generate monthly and annual financial statements for review by management.
• Prepare reports on school expenditures, receipts, and outstanding dues.

4. Liaison & Coordination

• Liaise with banks, vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations.
• Respond to financial queries from parents or staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com.)
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, ERP systems).
• Strong understanding of finance management and statutory regulations.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in similar domain.
• Familiarity with online statutory GST , TDS etc. compliances Working regularly and independently on Tally Software and / or ERP platforms.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
