Job Summary:

We are looking for a Male Accounts Executive to join our accounts and finance team in Aluva. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting and hands-on knowledge of SAP and Tally. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting entries, supporting audits and maintaining accurate financial records under the guidance of the Accounts Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions(purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries etc)
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
• Generate reports from SAP and Tally as required.
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory filing processes.

Coordinate with internal departments for billing and documentation.

• Assist in periodic closing and audit preparations.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce(B. Com) or related field.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of accounting experience in a similar role

Skills:

• Working knowledge of Tally and SAP (mandatory)
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.

Location Preference:

• Candidates from Aluva or nearby areas preferred.
