Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive with at least one year of experience in accounting operations, GST, TDS filing, and Tally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliances, and assisting in day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense vouchers.
Manage GST filings, returns, and reconciliation.
Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.
Support in bank reconciliation and vendor account reconciliation.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and coordinate with auditors.
Prepare reports such as cash flow statements, ledgers, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company accounting policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting functions.
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Prime, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools.
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in coordinating with auditors and tax consultants.
Basic understanding of payroll and statutory deductions (PF, ESI).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,377.86 - ₹20,000.00 per month
