Job Description

Key responsibilities The successful candidate shall be responsible for performing the following activities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions to ensure data integrity and compliance. Process payments efficiently while ensuring timely collection of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and maintain comprehensive cash flow records to track financial movements accurately. Prepare detailed financial reports to support informed decision-making and provide insights into the organization's financial performance. Assist in the preparation of budgets by gathering relevant data and monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans. Manage vendor accounts, ensuring all invoices are processed promptly and payments are made within agreed timelines. Provide support in payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring timely salary disbursements . Your role as a ​Accounts Executive​ is critical to the business’s success. You will ensure all projects are fulfilled on time and within budget. Key Personal Attributes, Experiences and Qualifications The successful candidate shall demonstrate the following attributes: Essential Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and financial management software. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Desirable Experience with ERP systems, such as ERPNext, SAP or similar. Familiarity with the composites manufacturing industry. Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to business growth initiatives. Show more Show less
