Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ACCOUNTS CUM OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our dynamic finance department. The ideal candidate will possess oversee both financial management and day-to-day operations of the Resort. The role involves maintaining accurate accounts, managing staff and guest services, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting management in planning, budgeting, and decision-making.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Accounts & Finance Management

  • Maintain all accounting records including sales, purchases, expenses, and payroll.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow, profit & loss, and balance sheet reports.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management.
  • Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance as per applicable laws.
  • Coordinate with auditors for finalization of accounts and submission of reports.

2. Operations & Administration

  • Supervise daily resort operations – front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor inventory, purchases, and vendor payments to control costs.
  • Support management in planning events, promotions, and operational improvements.

3. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and financial reports for management.
  • Coordinate between management, vendors, and staff for smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cost analysis.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Hotel Management.
  • Experience in accounting and hospitality operations preferred.
  • Proficient in Tally / MS Excel / Resort Management Software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skill
  • Short Description:

Responsible for both accounts and operations, including financial management, staff supervision, and guest services. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of the resort with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
