Accounts Associate

The Accounts Associate will support the finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and assisting in monthly and year-end closings. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting entries and documentation (invoices, receipts, payments)
• Maintain and update Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers
• Compile and analyze financial and operational data for MIS reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review
• Support reconciliation of accounts and basic financial reporting tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and verification
• Assist during audits by organizing and providing supporting documentation
• Maintain digital and physical records in a systematic manner

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts, data filters)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with Tally, ERP, or accounting software (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Good communication and time management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
