Site Supervisor

Job Description

The Site Supervisor will manage daily site operations for the successful execution of JJM projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, safety, and adherence to guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Site Activities: Oversee construction, including pipe laying, reservoir, and pump house installation. Coordinate and manage site workers, contractors, and sub-contractors. Monitor & Enforce quality standards, ensuring all work complies with engineering Design, Specification, & Safety norms. Track and ensure the availability of construction materials. Liaise with government authority, Local Bodies, Contractors, & community representatives to ensure project alignment& issue resolution. Maintain detailed project documentation, Progress reports, & support in Preparation of Billing & handover documents. Ensure proper installation of water pipelines( HDPE,DI, MS), Pumping stations Plan & Allocate Manpower, material & Equipment efficiently to ensure timely project delivery.
