Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filing of TDS returns

• Manage

  GST compliance

  , including preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Perform

  bank reconciliations

  on a regular basis and resolve discrepancies
• Process

  salary payroll

  , including attendance, deductions, and statutory compliance
• Maintain

  books of accounts

  , vouchers, and supporting documents
• Assist in

  monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities

• Coordinate with auditors and provide required data during audits
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable

  accounting and statutory regulations

• Support senior accounts team with ad-hoc accounting tasks
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
  
• Working knowledge of

  TDS, GST, payroll, and bank reconciliation

• Familiarity with

  accounting software

  (Tally, ERP, or similar)
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
  
• Comfortable working from the

  Chandivali location
