Job Summary :- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a deep understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities :- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings (Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports). Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations. File GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns. Liaise with auditors for audits and financial reviews. Maintain and update internal accounting systems and processes. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Oversee tax planning and filings. Monitor other financial transactions. Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
