Back Office Executive (Male Candidate)

Job Summary: -

We are seeking a smart and well-presented male candidate for the position of Back Office Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, and proficiency in mail drafting.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Draft and manage professional emails and correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word; knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Support daily back-office operations and data management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients via email and calls.
• Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.

Key Requirements: -

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in back-office or administrative roles preferred ( fresher’s are also welcome )
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Smart personality and presentable appearance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
