Job Description

Accounting & Finance Maintain books of accounts (Tally) Record sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes Track receivables, payables, and follow up on outstanding payments Assist in GST compliance (returns, reconciliation, e-invoicing if applicable) Support monthly MIS reports and basic financial analysis Coordinate with CA for audits, filings, and statutory compliance Back Office & Operations Support Maintain customer, vendor, and product master data Support sales team with order processing and documentation Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, packing list, e-way bill) Coordinate with production and stores for basic inventory records Maintain filing of purchase orders, job cards, delivery challans Handle general office administration and data management Required Skills & Qualifications : 2–4 years of experience in accounting and back-office roles Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST Basic understanding of inventory and manufacturing processes (preferred) Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
