Location: Mumbai, India Territory: West India Company Overview:We are a leading healthcare solutions provider, specializing in advanced medical equipment and supplies. Our focus is on delivering high-quality products and services to hospitals and pharmaceutical companies across India. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Sales Executive to join our team and drive our CSSD (Central Sterile Services Department) product sales. Job Summary:The Medical Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our CSSD products to hospitals and pharmaceutical companies in the West India region. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role offers a competitive salary plus commission. Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development: Promote and sell CSSD products to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and pharmaceutical companies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities. Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends. Sales Planning and Reporting: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services. Provide product demonstrations and training to clients and healthcare professionals as needed. Qualifications and Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA would be an advantage. Experience: 3-9 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, specifically to hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. Prior experience in the West India territory is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Compensation:Salary: Competitive base salary + commission. Benefits: Health insurance, travel allowance, and performance-based incentives.
