Job Description

1. Check GEM and large customer beside channel partner through SEO leads and complete entries every evening , making informed calls & follow-up post entering the details in the format for reference 2. Coordinate with internal team across various location and collate their reports to compile and share with Business Operations Head 3. Help BD head & sales or Online team to scout distributors or dealers or suppliers database in each state and follow-up to appoint partners as advised by the management 4. Develop database for direct customer and channel for focus beside share with CRM and BD 5. Follow-up on GEM or government e-portal beside large project and help coordinate with BD head or send emails to partners for deals 6. Manage the official files and get the filing in order through office boy 10.Maintain employee files with their documents to archive & update their leave management card beside review reports KPI for Accounts & commercial Tasks 1. Keep records of all incoming and outgoing transactions for customers/vendor 2. To ensure that each transaction corresponds to the correct account. 3. Compile all financial data to analyse the pattern of transactions 4. Create financial reports for all stakeholders. 5. Create P&L statements and other financial statements to the management. 6. Forecast the budget by analysing income and expenses for each Month Managing the company’s accounts to ensure on-time payment Maintain the privacy of financial information, and backup databases Rectify any anomalies or inconsistencies in the company’s financial document 10. Reconcile ledger accounts and guiding clerk for bookmarking & files 11. Manage set of vendors for the Company that includes all of print – packaging - freight – marketing-finance-certifications-govt compliances-cargo agents etc 12. Overlook the administrative tasks to ensure team does packaging , logistics after sales service , assembly , supply chain & stock related work 13. Manage Supply chain partners like cargo and clearance agent , courier cum logistics companies and complete their KYC with proper onboarding and overlook timely cargo cum clearance for the company .
