Job Title: Accountant
Location: Team24 Foods and Beverages Pvt Ltd., Panaji, Goa
Reports To: Operations Manager / Finance Head

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in GST, Tally, and overall corporate accounting. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounts, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial decision-making through accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable/payable, and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and file GST returns (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
• Manage statutory compliances including TDS, PF, ESIC, and other applicable taxes.
• Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
• Handle vendor payments, payroll processing support, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities for audits, assessments, and filings.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls.
• Use Tally ERP and other accounting software effectively for bookkeeping and reporting.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of GST laws, returns, input tax credit, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of corporate accounting practices and statutory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Qualifications:

• B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate accounts with strong GST expertise.

• Competitive salary based on experience and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
