Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Production & Preparation
  • Prepare, bake, and finish bakery items such as bread, pastries, cookies, cakes, and desserts as per recipes and SOPs.
  • Assist in new recipe trials and product development.
  • Ensure uniformity in taste, texture, and presentation of bakery products.
  • Unit Operations
  • Manage daily bakery operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely production.
  • Monitor ingredient stock levels; report shortages to the Purchase/Store team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery unit.
  • Quality & Hygiene
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI norms, HACCP guidelines).
  • Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Conduct regular checks to minimize wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Team Support
  • Supervise and guide junior staff/Commis II & III in bakery tasks.
  • Work in coordination with kitchen and café teams for order fulfillment.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Maintain baking logs, production sheets, and wastage reports.
  • Adhere to company SOPs and audit requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
