Accounts & Admin Executive

Exilon Solutions, a fast-growing provider of solar and water solutions for homes and businesses, is looking for a smart, detail-oriented Accounts and Administrative Executive . We specialize in clean energy and water solutions — including solar PV installations, solar water heaters, water purifiers, sand filters, and softeners. With a commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction, we help people save energy, money, and the environment. Responsibilities: You'll be the go-to person handling both accounts and office admin tasks, keeping the workflow smooth and the numbers accurate. Accounting Tasks: Create & send quotations and invoices to clients Record purchases and expenses accurately Place and track purchase orders with vendors Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records Maintain inventory records and payroll Handle GST, TDS, and other tax filings Use Zoho Books (preferred) for day-to-day accounts Liaise with auditors and support monthly closing activities Administrative Duties: Prepare documentation for clients and KSEB. Handle MNRE registration and KSEB paperwork for solar projects. Manage walk-in customers and connect them with the sales team Support general office management and reporting Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1–3 years of relevant experience (solar industry is a plus!) Male Candidates residing Palakkad region preferred. Working knowledge of Zoho Books , MS Excel , MS Word and standard accounting practices Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
