Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Associate (Billing Specialist) to join our Invoice to Cash team. This role focuses on accurate and timely billing operations, including milestone-based billing and request-driven billing for new setups, supporting global customers and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements to join our Global Bus Svcs ITC -Global Finance Services Division Team.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield, Bangalore office

What you will do

• Manage milestone billing in line with project deliverables and contractual agreements.
• Handle request-based billing for new customer setups and ensure proper documentation.
• Generate and validate invoices across multiple regions and currencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth onboarding for new setups.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Prepare billing performance reports and assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and GAAP standards.

What you will have

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 7–10 years in Invoice to Cash / Accounts Receivable management, with specialization in Billing.
