Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and oversee day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in investment tracking, inventory management, handling multiple accounts, Tally software, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple accounts.

Maintain and reconcile financial records using Tally ERP.

Track and manage company investments and returns.

Oversee inventory accounts and ensure accurate reporting.

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns in compliance with local laws.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.

Ensure timely payments and monitor receivables/payables.

Generate financial reports and assist in decision-making.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3+ years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Strong understanding of investment accounting and inventory control.

In-depth knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, etc.).

Ability to handle and maintain multiple sets of accounts.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills.

Certification on Taxation or Tally is preferred
