About Us:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial transactions, ensure accuracy in accounting records, and support overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including vendor payments and customer collections.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company balances.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting.
• Manage petty cash, payroll entries, and expense reimbursements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / SAP / QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
• Solid understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or retail environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
