We are looking for a skilled Accountant Receivable with 2-4 years of experience to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, including invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets and profit/loss statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding debt.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to accounts receivable.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
