Job Description: Accountant Position Title: Accountant Location: Lalru-Handesra Road, Village Malakpur, P.O. Lalru, Dera Bassi, SAS Nagar, Punjab – 140501 Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Marital Status: Married Availability: Ready to Join Immediately Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, billing, and reconciliation. Monitor accounts payable and receivable. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Use accounting software (Tally, Busy, Excel, etc.) for data entry and report generation. Key Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP , MS Excel , and accounting software. Strong understanding of GST , TDS , and other statutory regulations . Ability to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and finalization of accounts . Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting (preferred). Candidates from Lalru, Dera Bassi, or nearby areas will be given preference.
