Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant with expertise in inventory management and core accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inventory records, stock reconciliations, and related accounting entries, while also ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with MRN (Material Receipt Note), GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and stock audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory and accounting records on a daily basis.
• Prepare and manage MRN, GRN, Issue Slips, and related inventory documents.
• Perform periodic stock reconciliations and ensure accurate inward/outward stock tracking.
• Record purchase, sales, and inventory-related accounting entries in Tally/ERP or other accounting systems.
• Support month-end closing by reconciling stock ledgers with physical counts and financial books.
• Prepare MIS reports, stock analysis, and variance reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Assist in audit preparation, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations teams for smooth inventory and accounts flow.
• Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and financial planning related to inventory.

Key Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting and inventory management.
• Strong command of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF, HLOOKUP, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in MRN, GRN, stock reconciliation, and audit support.
• Working knowledge of Tally/ERP systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must reside in or near South Delhi for easy commute.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
