Executive Assistant to Director

Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: South Delhi (Candidates residing nearby preferred)
Experience Required: 1-3 years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling internal/external meetings and appointments
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely responses from stakeholders
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain organized documentation
• Draft emails, reports, and other business correspondence as needed
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries if required
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Professional attitude and approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
