Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications; respond or redirect as appropriate. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and minutes. Maintain confidential records and filing systems. Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets, invoices, and expense reports. Liaise with senior management, staff, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
