Job Description

Manage all project-related accounting, including job costing, budget tracking, and variance analysis. Process and approve project invoices, ensuring proper coding and allocation of costs. Prepare and submit draw requests to lenders. Generate project-specific financial reports and cash flow statements. Handle GST (Goods and Services Tax) compliance, including accurate calculation of GST on sales (e.g., under-construction properties) and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) obligations, including deducting TDS on payments to vendors and contractors, and ensuring the timely filing of TDS returns (e.g., Form 26QB). Ensure accurate record-keeping for all project transactions and contracts.
