Job Title: Accountant – Finance & Compliance

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with 3–4 years of experience in financial

operations, bookkeeping, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong

understanding of accounting principles, the ability to manage financial records accurately, and ensure

timely reporting to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
• Manage invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Work closely with management to provide financial insights and recommendations

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GST filing, tax documentation, and audit support
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
