We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to handle the daily financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, GST compliance, invoice generation, bank coordination, and overall support for smooth financial functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Tally.
Prepare vouchers for office staff expenses, reimbursements, and advances.
Generate ledgers for suppliers and customers when required.
Enter and update sales, purchase, and GST-related data on a daily basis.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure all statutory compliance.
Coordinate with external Chartered Accountant (CA) for audits, filings, and account clarifications.
Handle all bank-related finance tasks such as payments, deposits, reconciliations, and documentation.
Prepare invoices, delivery challans, salaries and other billing-related documentation as needed.
Assist with monthly and annual financial closings, trial balances, and audit schedules.
Generate periodic MIS reports for management review.

Skills Required:

Working knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
